  • Strong statistics and problem-solving techniques.

  • Proficiency in problem-solving and quality techniques, including SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, 8-D problem-solving, APQP, MSA, Capability Analysis, and Problem Solving.
  • Ability to communicate in the English language (80%).
