Customer Care Supervisor, Capability Center Operations

Are you a motivated leader looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Supervisor to join our team at Assurant's Global Capability Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 15 to 30 people, monitoring KPIs, and providing training, coaching, motivation, and direction to create a high-performing team.
- Participate in regular conference calls with clients to obtain feedback on team performance and implement necessary procedural changes.
- Partner with the manager to drive process improvements and workflow to meet business objectives.
- Train, coach, and engage team members to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

Requirements:
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- At least two years of experience as a team leader.
- One or more years of experience in a Customer Service position.
- Experience working in a Shared Services Center is a plus.
