The Role: Customer Success Operations Manager

As part of our ongoing evolution, we are expanding our Global Service Center (GSC) operations to better serve our clients. This includes establishing a new hub in the Americas and enhancing our presence in key locations.
In your capacity as a Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the customer success partner team, collaborating closely with the sales team to manage and expand a significant portfolio of accounts, ensuring that our clients achieve their desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the Customer Success Partner team Foster Engagement Promote Standardization Ensure client managers receive support through established channels and cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with customers to maximize their value from our services Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of transactional processes Enhance invoice quality by identifying root causes and resolving issues Improve customer Net Promoter Score Assess customer compliance and provide insights to client managers Allocate leads for potential new business opportunities Encourage online engagement Ensure smooth execution of account management activities to strengthen customer relationships and enhance retention Drive improvements and standardization in resource allocation We Seek: A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or relevant management roles Proven experience in account management and relationship building Strong team leadership skills Commercial acumen Excellent communication abilities Strong stakeholder management capabilities Accountabilities: Customer NPS Invoice quality Engagement If you resonate with our mission and are ready to leverage your skills to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to explore this opportunity with us.
