About the Role:
The Partner Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue through partnerships with systems integrators and consulting firms in Mexico. This role will require strong leadership and collaboration skills to build and manage a thriving partner community that can help customers adopt AWS services and transform their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Account Management: Manage assigned partner accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner relationships.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
- Service Development: Define and develop specific services and bundle offerings to meet partner and customer needs.
- Forecasting and Sales: Forecast sales and work with partners to up-sell other services and penetrate new territories.
- Marketing and Financial Management: Optimize allocation of marketing development funds and resolve financial challenges with partner accounts.
- Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Provide high-level strategic thinking and creative leadership to drive partner community growth and customer adoption.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to problem-solve and track results through continuous improvement.
- Resource Optimization: Think and act creatively to leverage resources and manage multiple competing priorities.
Requirements:
- Business Development Experience: 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Program Management: Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Data Analysis and Business Recommendations: Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Agreement Negotiation and Execution: Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
