Qu'allez-vous faire?En tant que membre de l'organisation Commerce Direct Digital de Nike (NDDC), le Spécialiste en Expérience Client est responsable de l'optimisation du parcours digital du consommateur de bout en bout pour garantir la meilleure représentation de notre gamme de produits, de notre marque et de nos campagnes commerciales sur l'application Nike. Gérez l'expérience client pour certaines catégories et genres en ligne avec le plan commercial, y compris l'attribution des produits, la création de collections, le suivi des produits et la configuration des règles de merchandising et de navigation. Lisez et réagissez aux besoins commerciaux, coordonnez avec des partenaires cross-fonctionnels, analysez la demande, les ventes, les besoins en stock et les remises pour optimiser le parcours et augmenter le taux de conversion. Vous analyserez les rapports hebdomadaires standard et les tableaux de bord, effectuerez des investigations approfondies et partagerrez des informations et des priorités avec des partenaires cross-fonctionnels pour faire agir les actions qui améliorent l'expérience client au prisme du genre et impactent les indicateurs clés de performance. Suivez et mesurez les performances des produits et créez des stratégies pour augmenter les affaires.
