Spécialiste en Expérience Client

Nike Mexico recherche un Spécialiste en Expérience Client qui apporte son expertise numérique et commerciale pour renforcer l'équipe d'expérience client au Mexique. Ce professionnel sera un agent de changement clé dans les plans d'accélération de la croissance numérique de Nike et apportera une variété d'expertises et de perspectives à une équipe déjà expérimentée, en mettant en œuvre les meilleures pratiques actuelles tout en identifiant des domaines à remettre en question.

Quels sont vos responsabilités ?
  • Optimiser la expérience client numérique de bout en bout pour offrir la meilleure représentation de notre gamme de produits, de notre marque et de nos campagnes commerciales sur l'application Nike.
  • Gérer l'expérience client pour certaines catégories et genres en ligne avec le plan commercial, y compris l'attribution de produits, la création de collections, le suivi des produits et la mise en place de règles de merchandising et de navigation.
  • Analyser les données de base hebdomadaires et les tableaux de bord, effectuer des investigations approfondies et partager des insights et des priorités avec les partenaires cross-fonctionnels pour améliorer l'expérience client à un niveau de genre et impacter les KPI.
  • Tracker et mesurer les performances des produits et créer des stratégies pour augmenter les ventes.
  • Analyser le comportement de recherche sur le site et améliorer les résultats de recherche sur l'application Nike.
  • Interpréter les tendances du marché, identifier les défis et les appliquer pour améliorer l'expérience client et les produits.

Vous collaborerez avec les équipes de plateforme, d'opérations numériques, de gestion de la demande et de la supply, ainsi que les équipes de marketing numérique pour créer des expériences de classe mondiale dans les initiatives de genre croisé, optimiser la communication et rassembler toutes les perspectives pour coordonner l'exécution de ces stratégies.

Quels sont vos qualifications ?
  • Titre universitaire en commerce, marketing ou domaine connexe.
  • 3-5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en commerce numérique ou marketing numérique.
  • Expérience en commerce électronique et connaissance des produits.
  • Capacité à travailler sous des délais extrêmement serrés.
  • Compétences en communication solides et capacité à répondre aux problèmes.
  • Pensée stratégique et analytique avec capacité à transformer les données en stratégies futures.
  • Compétences en organisation solides et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches avec obsession aux détails.
  • Compétences en Excel et en anglais solides.
