Job Description

As a Global Talent Development Strategist, you will partner with assigned business units to ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. You will collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to provide HR guidance on staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Develop and implement targeted solutions to meet team needs, ensuring seamless execution in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Drive engagement and foster a strong community by partnering with business units to promote organizational culture and values.
  • Manage employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on effective case management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Over 5 years of experience working in a large, global organization, preferably with international experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to autonomously deliver results in ambiguous and complex environments.
  • Successful project management experience in matrixed, global settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in HR, specializing in learning & development, organization development, and/or talent management.
  • Critical- and system-thinking skills, excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with diverse global stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong business acumen and previous experience in human resources related to culture and employment laws of the Latin American market.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
