**Job Summary**

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce User Support Specialist to join our team. As a Salesforce Support Expert, you will provide top-notch support to internal users of our Global Products CRM Salesforce Org.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide clear and concise answers to user questions and requests, and ask the correct troubleshooting questions to quickly identify solutions for presented problems.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across all business functions, including other Salesforce experts, to analyze questions and requests and escalate incidents into a ticket system when necessary.
  • Provide system support and maintenance, including troubleshooting assistance of errors or issues with our Global Products CRM.
  • Log customer contacts into our ticketing system for handling, tracking, and follow-up of customer issues and needs.
  • Respond to users in a timely and efficient manner within designated service level agreements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing.
  • Assist in identifying areas of improvement based on user questions and reported issues.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Salesforce, preferably in a Business Support role.
  • Fluent in English.

**Competencies**

  • High energy, self-starter, good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with all levels of the organization, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conform to shifting priorities and balance multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
