Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce User Support Agent to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Salesforce User Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal users of our Global Products CRM (GPCRM) Salesforce Org.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and concise answers to user questions and requests, and escalate incidents into a ticket system when required.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across all business functions to analyze user questions and requests.
  • Provide general how-to guidance and user information of GPCRM, and troubleshoot errors or issues with GPCRM.
  • Log customer contacts into a ticketing system for handling, tracking, and follow-up of customer issues and needs.
  • Respond to users in a timely and efficient manner within designated service level agreements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and assist in identifying areas of improvement based on user questions and reported issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Salesforce experience and preferred Business Support experience either as a Key-user or Business Support Agent.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to balance multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Good with Office 365 applications (Teams, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel).
