Customer Collaboration Specialist

At Johnson & Johnson, we strive to push the boundaries of healthcare innovation. As a Customer Collaboration Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate customer support activities, including Automation, Project Management, Digital Era, VOC voice of customer, and Customer Analytics.
• Engage with regional Customer Collaboration teams to fulfill customer requests and ensure integration of customer service transactional processes within the customer collaboration model.
• Provide specialized services to key customer accounts, including account planning and support, major account support, and customer visits.
• Manage the automation process, including BC creation for specific collaboration activities, OPEX/ CAPEX planning.
• Identify and benchmark new trends that require new technologies and create a Customer Digital era roadmap.
• Present data in a format that enables management to make strategic decisions, including creation of executive summaries.
Qualifications:
• University degree or equivalent.
• Strategic mindset, stakeholder management, customer relationship, and high focus on customer satisfaction.
• VOC survey methodology experience, assertive communication, project management, and logistics and innovation projects experience.
• Process automation experience and knowledge in Supply Chain.
• Advanced English language skills and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
