Customer Collaboration Lead Role

The Customer Collaboration Lead will play a crucial role in facilitating customer support activities related to Automation, Project Management, and Digital Era. This role will also involve working closely with regional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service transactional processes and relationship management activities for target accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to assess their needs and enhance relationships.
- Manage the automation process, including BC creation for specific collaboration activities, OPEX/CAPEX planning.
- Develop and deploy the Customer Digital Era roadmap, identifying and benchmarking new trends that require new technologies.
- Present data to management in a format that enables strategic decision-making, including creation of an executive summary.

Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Strategic mindset, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
- High focus on customer satisfaction, VOC survey methodology experience, and assertive communication skills.
- Project management, logistics, and innovation project experience, as well as process automation experience.
- Knowledge in Supply Chain and proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience and advanced English language skills.
