About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Executive Support to join our team at TopFoxx. As a Marketing Executive Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing functions and providing administrative support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our leadership team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve marketing efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide support for marketing events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our marketing budget.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
