About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies to resolve complex issues and improve our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve customer cases through various contact channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions and working with customers to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience, including creating tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, and trainings.
  • Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services and work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
  • Continuously learn and develop new technical skills and professional competencies to stay up-to-date with groundbreaking technologies.
  • Act as an interviewer in hiring processes and coach/mentor new team members.
