About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner Leader to join our team at Steelcase. As a key member of our Global HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our HR strategy, focusing on talent and culture initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with local and regional leaders to optimize organizational and individual performance.
  • Coach leaders and employees on various topics to maximize talent and achieve business goals.
  • Establish relationships across the organization and act as a trusted partner to resolve issues and initiatives.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure cross-functional alignment within the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Human Resources and leadership.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment and social laws, as well as market trends and practices at the local and country level.
  • Ability to lead through influence and counsel leaders and employees on organizational and individual performance needs and interventions.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships and build trust.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with employees at all levels of the organization and in representing the company with outside audiences.
