Job DescriptionAs a Customer Support Specialist at RISK, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.
You will also have the opportunity to interact with other departments to resolve complex issues and contribute to the development of new strategies to enhance our customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Languages: Ukrainian native; English - Advanced
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent basic computer skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
