**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Hardware Expert to join our team at Bsa-Jll - Lasalle Partners, Mex. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires in-depth knowledge of mobile device hardware components and their functionality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of mobile device hardware components, including processors, memory, displays, cameras, and sensors. They will diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues for a variety of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, wearables) and manage mobile device inventory, including procurement, asset tracking, and lifecycle management.

This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of **$60,000-$80,000 per year**, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Mobile Device Management (MDM) certifications. Familiarity with both iOS and Android operating systems and hardware is also essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of mobile device hardware components and their functionality.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues for a variety of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, wearables).
  • Manage mobile device inventory, including procurement, asset tracking, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with software teams to identify and resolve hardware-related performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on hardware troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to other IT support staff on mobile device hardware matters.

**Requirements:**

  • In-depth knowledge of mobile device hardware components and their functionality.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Mobile Device Management (MDM) certifications are a plus.
