Process Improvement Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team at International Automotive Components. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes, developing sustainable and repeatable business process improvements, and implementing new information technologies to support reengineering business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes
* Develop and implement sustainable and repeatable business process improvements
* Collect and analyze process data to initiate and develop business practices and procedures
* Develop Regional Trainings for Six Sigma Internal Certification
* Approve and validate projects and savings with financial area
* Detection of opportunities for the execution of six sigma projects
* Development of six sigma projects in conjunction with plant personnel
* Development of KPIs for project monitoring

**Requirements**

* +3 years of experience in the automotive industry
* Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCad, and Projects
* Black Belt Certification
* Advanced English
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5's
* Valid visa and passport
* Available to travel
