Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain databases, and prepare reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to colleagues when necessary.
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
- Maintain various files, including correspondence, memos, reports, proposals, records, and other materials specific to the department.
- Receive and manage incoming invoices, file, and forward to the finance department.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, record, and distribute minutes or other records.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-6 years of experience in a related field are typically required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid customer service skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Proficient understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Good attention to detail.
Salary: $40 per hour.
