We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Associate to provide technical support for our clients in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Helpdesk Associate, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to hardware and software, as well as providing general IT support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, or chat
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams as needed
Requirements:
- Availability to work 45 hours per week
- Interest in working on afternoon/night shifts
- Advanced English language skills
- 6 months of experience in customer service
