Servicios Operativos Del Atlantico SC de RL is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the state of Yucatan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising administrative activities in accordance with our company's strategies and goals. This includes ensuring that all administrative processes and operations are carried out in accordance with our objectives, purposes, and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the documentation and files of clients and employees.
  • Capture and follow up on new authorized entries with administrative functions.
  • Execute instructions derived from operational strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance of the branch and points of sale.
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative aspects of the branch.
  • Supervise and follow up on activities of administrative assistants.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
