Job Description

This role is essential in supporting customer service experience and the smooth running of the campus. Key responsibilities include welcoming visitors, responding to telephone and email enquiries, registering all campus visitors following safeguarding procedures, and supporting communication with parents and teachers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, experience in handling confidential information, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, they should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
  • Secretary, Administration, customer service, or similar degree
  • 3-year experience of working in a Reception or office administration, customer service, and/or event organization
  • Experience in handling confidential information, organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving approach, calm manners to work under pressure, teamwork
