Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of CEPs in Argentina and Mexico, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
