About the Role

The Team Manager will play a key role in leading and developing the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and deliver exceptional client experiences at Tiffany & Co.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Service

  • Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets through effective client development and relationship management.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.

Talent Development

  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent to cultivate a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and achieve career goals.

Operational Excellence

  • Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness to drive sales and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and team leadership.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College or university degree.
  • Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
