About the Role
The Team Manager will play a key role in leading and developing the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and deliver exceptional client experiences at Tiffany & Co.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Service
- Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets through effective client development and relationship management.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
Talent Development
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to cultivate a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and achieve career goals.
Operational Excellence
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness to drive sales and service excellence.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and team leadership.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- College or university degree.
- Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
