Key Responsibilities

  • Solve complex customer cases through advanced troubleshooting techniques and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience, including creating tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on how to improve our services and work on critical customer problems that span multiple AWS services.
  • Continuously learn and develop new technical skills and professional competencies.
  • Act as an interviewer in hiring processes and coach/mentor new team members.
