Operations Support Associate Role

The Operations Support Associate is an entry-level position within Citi's operations team, responsible for providing day-to-day support services to ensure seamless operations. This role involves record maintenance, storage and retrieval, account management, and imaging, in coordination with the Operations Core Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve key issues in assigned areas, delivering supporting documents to corresponding teams.
  • Assist in managing various reports, including business reporting, monthly operating reports, and business scorecards, providing clear communication on local policies and processes.
  • Support the execution and monitoring of processes and data, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Organize, develop, and maintain Continuity of Business, Resolution planning, and Business Review Templates.
  • Monitor compliance with Corporate Policies and implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entities.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
