About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Lead to join our team at American Airlines. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the overall operations within an assigned functional area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct agent observations and associated activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administer local training programs, responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare customer correspondence, investigate discrepancies, and compile statistical data for reports to inform business decisions.
  • Assist management in the completion of administrative duties, including the maintenance of required departmental records.
  • Act as a company representative when assigned, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Passenger service experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Profile requirements as outlined in the passenger service manual section 10-7 reservations and ticket office edition.
  • Above average administrative and analytical techniques.
  • Demonstrates above average qualities of leadership, initiative, and judgment.
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English and the native language.
