Executive Sales Manager

Catenon is a global leader in headhunting services, specializing in Executive, Middle Management, and Board of Directors positions. Our team conducts a detailed and tailor-made selection process for each position and company, operating in over 100 countries across 5 continents.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our Mexico Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Executive Search, business development, and client management, with a strong focus on generating profitable sales and reaching yearly individual billing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies nationally and internationally to acquire new accounts and manage a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Supervise the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration and client satisfaction.
  • Advise on best strategies to find top talent and decide on delivery methods according to Catenon's methodology and quality standards.
  • Attach to workflow and develop each step related to sales management modalities, including CRM completion and reliable information for KPI management.
  • Provide individual reporting and regular status updates to the Catenon Corporate team.
  • Train new team members on Catenon's methodology, sales & sourcing strategies, and identify training needs and evaluate team performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of Business Development experience, ideally in the recruitment/headhunting sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English, with a global focus.
  • Experience developing and negotiating contracts with clients, with a high level of customer service.
  • A clear vision for the future, with the ability to generate your own action plan on market development.
  • An optimistic and proactive mindset, with strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating.
