Job Summary:

Hotel Garza Blanca Los Cabos is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Tour Operators, Travel Agents, and Local Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
  • Meet with clients via virtual calls or in-person site visits to discuss business opportunities and provide product information
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales performance, key accounts, and sales reports
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to network and build relationships with industry partners
  • Review sales performance by account and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and implement new product offerings and promotions
  • Conduct weekly price shops to ensure competitive pricing
  • Perform property site inspections to ensure quality and consistency
  • Follow up on VIP accounts and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • 1 year of sales experience in a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
