Outbound Sales Development Representative

Progressive Automations is a leading manufacturer and distributor of linear actuators and home/office automation solutions. We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect into assigned industries, verticals, and target account lists to generate qualified leads for downstream account executives and engineering teams.
- Research, map, plan, and execute outreach in a strategic manner to identify good fit accounts within industry groups.
- Work with our B2B growth marketing team to develop campaigns, ads, content, and retargeting efforts.
- Identify selling triggers, dynamics, and potential buying committee members, including stakeholders, decision-makers, influencers, and blockers.
- Nurture prospects to stay top of mind and work with our engineering team to identify, recommend, and present specific Progressive Automations products as solutions to individual requirements.
- Evaluate prospects based on challenges, authority, money, and prioritization throughout the sales process and compare with Progressive Automations qualification requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong background in technical sales or lead generation for B2B with a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales or lead generation.
- Experience with targeting and prospecting for manufacturing or technical type businesses with customized solutions.
- Very good English on a native speaker level.
- Ability to deliver consistent pipeline without inbound leads.
- Experience working with CRMs and sales enablement platforms, like HubSpot.
