Lead Customer Experience Team

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Team Lead to spearhead our mission of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in the DACH region. As a key member of our German Customer Experience team, you'll report directly to the Manager of Customer Experience and collaborate with Area Managers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide a dedicated team of 6-8 Account Managers, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and high performance.
  • Regularly monitor team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing tailored strategies to drive business growth.
  • Design, evaluate, and execute innovative strategies and tactics aimed at maximizing customer retention, fostering upselling opportunities, and contributing significantly to overall revenue amplification.
  • Drive motivation within the team by providing consistent and constructive feedback, and fostering hands-on leadership.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with different teams to enhance product development, customer experience, and sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • German expert speaker and fluent in English.
  • Proven experience managing customer-oriented individual contributors, ideally in a Customer Experience team, with a track record of driving customer retention and upselling.
  • Tech-savvy passion for technology, the digital world, and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with data insights to drive informed decisions.
