Customer Service Director

At Humaniq Headhunters, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
- Order Management: Verify and enter customer orders, shipments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and management.
- Warehouse Operations: Coordinate special projects and shipping requests, ensuring efficient and effective warehouse operations.
- Reporting and Problem-Solving: Identify and report any issues to management, working collaboratively to resolve problems and implement corrective actions.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, 4-5 years of customer service experience, with 2+ years in a distribution center or 3PL environment preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with EDI and warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
