Accounting Manager Position

We are an international GPS Tracking and Fleet Management software-as-a-service provider with operations in Mexico and Canada, seeking a seasoned accounting professional.

The ideal candidate will possess full-cycle accounting experience, solid knowledge of Contpaqi, up-to-date knowledge of Mexican taxation, and bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare month-end financial statements for our Mexican subsidiary and assist the Canadian financial team with final consolidation reporting.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting best practices.

The selected individual will be responsible for intimate knowledge of the Mexican taxation system, including filing IVA, ISR, fiscal invoicing, and tax optimization. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with Contpaqi's three modules: Contabilidad, Bancos, and Comercial.

Requirements:
  • Bilingual Spanish/English.
  • Full cycle accounting experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Contpaqi.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican taxation.
