About the Job:
Solvo seeks an experienced and highly skilled Scheduler Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the client and caregiver relationship, ensuring a best-in-home care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with caregiver staff to ensure proper matches and accurate referrals.
- Handle supervisory activities such as scheduling, timecard processing, and payroll responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of associate work records and perform general office duties.
- Perform on-call coordinator duties as needed and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Interview, screen, and test applicants, providing positive disciplinary actions when necessary.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
- Basic office and computer skills, organizational abilities, and excellent interpersonal relations.
- Excellent telephone skills, knowledge of common medical terminology, and ability to work independently with sound judgment.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Familiarity with WellSky and RingCentral is a plus.
