About the Position:

Kahnem is working with a high-growth Fintech startup seeking several Sales Development Representatives to expand its sales team in Mexico and accelerate SMB and Mid-Market customer acquisition.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for proactive individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for success in a fast-paced environment.

You will:

Engage leads through personalized outreach and book meetings.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor performance to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales or business development, demonstrating a track record of meeting sales targets.
Basic understanding of sales methodologies and prospecting techniques, proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
Ability to handle rejection, learning agility, and willingness to make cold calls.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in English.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $50K-$55K annually. Additional benefits and perks will be discussed further in the process.
