**About the Position**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain high safety standards, with zero tolerance for unsafe practices.
  • Possess the business acumen to position the company as a strategic advantage for our customers and suppliers.
  • Clearly lead the business drivers of our last mile service operations, including safety, operations, sales deployment, and customer service towards the execution of the company's Essentials go-to-market strategy.
  • Execute our desire for continued improvement in top-line gross profit growth, while improving conversion ratios and working capital metrics of inventory and account receivables.
  • Understand and use financial KPIs and P&L metrics to measure and improve upon business performance, including volume, gross profit, staff expenses, and operating expenses.
  • Increase gross margin and gross margin conversion by working with regional sourcing organization and the product management/material management teams through volume, price, and inventory management.
  • Recruit, hire, reward, recognize, train, develop, coach, counsel, and take corrective action as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Management and customer service experience.
  • Strong administrative and financial skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead.
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
  • Strong communication skills.
