**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in labor relations. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for collaborating with unionized staff to address concerns and resolve problems in a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate collective negotiations, participate in the drafting of labor agreements, and ensure their implementation.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of applicable labor laws and union regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions agreed in the collective agreement.
  • Participate in the hiring of union employees, ensuring that established procedures are followed and that the terms of the union agreement are respected.
  • Efficiently manage labor disputes and conflicts, facilitating communication between the company and union representatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in unionized environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and union regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and handle conflictive situations.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

**What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
