As a valued member of the Ecolab team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service support. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders and customer requirements, as well as providing prompt follow-up actions to customer inquiries and issues.

This position requires strong decision-making skills to resolve customer problems, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate customer data within our order entry and order processing systems.

To succeed in this role, we are seeking an individual with a degree completed or in process, accompanied by one to three years of customer service experience in a call center or professional business environment. Bilingual proficiency is desirable.

You will operate under general supervision, with authority limited to established policy. Typically, this role reports to a Customer Service Supervisor or Manager.

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
