About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation and research.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
