About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at DNV Germany Holding GmbH. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and expand our services.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and submit proposals to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the assurance, audits, and sustainability industries.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems, preferably Oracle-based.
