At TTI, Inc., we're on the hunt for a highly skilled Resource Support Representative to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to internal stakeholders based on established activities.
**What You'll Do:**
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills to:
- Assist with converting customer orders into PDF format and entering them into Express to generate order numbers for review by Inside Sales.
- Confirm items without actual shortages and identify potential shortages to be checked by Inside Sales.
- Take detailed notes about ETA of incoming stock, PM Reserve quantities, and approval indicators for supply-constrained parts.
- Expand your product knowledge to ensure personal growth opportunities.
- Maintain attention to detail, proofread for accuracy, and meet quality expectations.
**What We Look For:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED with 6 months of experience in customer support or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English.
- A demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with external customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to build effective working relationships.
**What We Offer:**
We're proud to offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect:
- 12 vacation days after the first year.
- 30 days' Christmas bonus.
