Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Hsbc. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and selling innovative payment and cash management solutions to our clients, maximizing commercial profitability and relationship depth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans and strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Protect the bank's reputation and ensure an acceptable risk profile by conducting thorough credit and customer due diligence reviews.

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong sales and business development experience, particularly in the payments and cash management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and profitability targets.
