We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to drive sales and implement marketing strategies for our projects at Kech Development, an international real estate development company headquartered in New York City.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales for our projects.
• Identify potential clients and establish relationships through various channels, including industry events and online platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
• Create persuasive sales presentations and marketing collateral to showcase our projects to potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project information and create compelling marketing content.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities.
**Requirements:**
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey information to clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional departments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue.
• Familiarity with market research methods and the ability to analyze data and trends.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for sales and marketing in the real estate industry.
**Compensation:** $260,000.00 per month
