About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. This role is perfect for someone who excels in providing exceptional service, building strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs, promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on customer retention.
  • Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to drive account growth, improve customer engagement, and increase loyalty.
  • Utilize real-time resources to overcome customers' objectives and cancellations, addressing complex issues with accuracy and urgency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retention or sales, demonstrating empathy, confidence, and assertiveness when communicating with customers.
  • English language fluency (both verbal and written) is essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer retention skills are necessary to excel in this position.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a high sense of urgency and ownership.
