Key Responsibilities:- Lien Analysis: Review and analyze liens placed against clients to identify opportunities for resolution.
- Negotiation and Communication: Contact lien holders to negotiate favorable settlements or payment arrangements, and communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of lien negotiations.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document all communication and negotiations related to liens, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Recommendations and Support: Provide recommendations to clients on the best course of action regarding lien resolution, and assist with other case management tasks as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in lien negotiation, preferably in a legal setting, with a strong understanding of lien laws and regulations.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with various parties to resolve complex financial matters.
- Technology: Proficiency in using a laptop or desktop with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
