About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Excellence Manager to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing innovative marketing strategies that meet the needs of our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a portfolio strategy that aligns with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
  • Support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional and regional teams to develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.
  • Offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans and develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on deep consumer insights and brand positioning.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge of working with strategic brand documents.
  • Knowledge and experience working with different brands and their purpose.
  • Experience in customer service and teamwork.
  • Creativity and innovation are highly necessary.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
