About the Position

As a key member of our team at OEC Group, we are seeking an experienced Sales Agent to join our Logistics Sales Team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Retain and develop existing customers to increase sales volume and revenue.

• Create new business opportunities in the region through prospecting and maintaining active customer relationships.

• Prospecting new customers to identify potential sales opportunities and negotiate logistics solutions to meet their needs.

• Plan and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide creative solutions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
