The role of an Inbound Support Agent is centered around operational assistance. This position involves daily communication with truck drivers, dispatchers, and clients. Our agents are tasked with delivering outstanding customer service and providing comprehensive information in a dynamic environment through both email and telephone interactions. Whether addressing a straightforward inquiry or managing a complex issue, the Coyote 24.7 Team is always ready to assist with a supportive approach and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from drivers, carriers, and customers promptly
  • Provide accurate and efficient responses to inquiries, ensuring that callers feel valued and supported
  • Achieve personal and team performance targets
  • Utilize available resources to resolve issues independently and thoroughly
  • Maintain and update information using relevant company software
  • Create incidents and communicate via email as necessary, escalating issues when appropriate
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in both tone and actions
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of the company and role
