You will be part of the Global HR Portfolio team, playing a crucial role in driving and delivering human resources projects aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. As a Senior HR Project Manager, you will require strong project management skills, HR expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and finalizing HR-related projects within set deadlines and budgets while ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to scope specific HR project outlines and timescales, creating and managing detailed project plans for successful implementation and handover to BAU.
  • Resource Management: Work with key HR stakeholders to determine required resources inside and outside the core project team to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Project Monitoring and Communication: Monitor and communicate project status to HR leadership (as required) and the agreed program governance committee to ensure forward project progress, escalating when required.
  • Documentation and Escalation: Document and manage ARIAD items, ensuring timely recording, reporting, and escalation as/if required.

This role requires experience managing both local and global, multi-geo projects/programs. You should have experience working in and/or leading Waterfall/Agile projects/programs and associated practices and tools. As a collaborative and experienced senior project leader, you will be able to solve complex problems, make data-driven decisions, and navigate rapidly changing environments with competing priorities.

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000.
