Job Title: Remarketing Manager

The Remarketing Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the sale of repossessed units, lease-back units, company cars, and other vehicles. This involves managing various stages, from grounding and transportation to inspection, documentation, auction, and payment. The successful candidate will be highly involved with suppliers and buyers, aiming to achieve optimal recovery levels for repossessed units or maximize profitability in the case of selling units provided by other sellers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the maximum possible value from the sale of units, positively impacting company indicators.
  2. Become aware of future business opportunities and sales support offered by the DealerSource auction platform.
  3. Manage outsourced service providers, including auction houses, transportation vendors, inspectors, etc.
  4. Lead the team, providing training, creating work schedules, and maximizing their capabilities to achieve and exceed the objectives of the area.
  5. Develop effective succession plans for the team, ensuring internal continuity.
  6. Promote relationships, business growth, and productivity enhancements while maximizing service standards and recoveries for the company.
  7. Ensure ongoing adherence to all relevant compliance regulations and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience working in Remarketing, Collections, Credit, or related areas.
  • Desired dealer sales and commercialization background.
  • High level of experience managing and dealing with external vendors.
  • Leadership experience managing teams (3+ years).
  • Proficient English Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, including active listening.
