Strategic Sales Director

Job Summary
Park Hyatt Los Cabos Hotel & Residences is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our daily sales efforts and operations. This key role will be responsible for implementing established action plans to achieve pre-defined goals in the Groups and Events segment.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to identify and drive activities focused on high-priority business areas requiring additional support.
- Develop and review customized group proposals based on customer productivity potential, utilizing Envision system recommendations and DBRs for special cases.
- Foster strong business relationships with top-tier account contacts through personalized attention and proactive engagement.
- Conduct Public Relations activities with decision-makers from various business firms and potential customers to translate relationships into sales opportunities.
- Promote and represent Park Hyatt Los Cabos Hotel & Residences at local and international events, conferences, and trade shows as necessary.
- Host hotel tours for clients to showcase facilities and services, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of our offerings.
- Deliver compelling presentations of hotel services during client visits, highlighting value propositions and addressing specific needs.
**Key Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar strategic sales leadership position within the hospitality industry.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Proven track record of success in luxury hotels or resorts, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of management.
